Who runs Dogtation?

Dogtation.com is an independent dog-owner education site managed by Dogtation. The site focuses on practical, everyday decisions that owners can use at home: training, behavior, grooming and routine care, breed fit, and common food-safety questions.

Our purpose

Our goal is to make useful dog information easier to act on. Articles begin with the answer, explain the practical steps, call out common mistakes, and link to recognized organizations so readers can verify important points for themselves.

How information is reviewed

Before a guide is published or materially updated, we check it for clarity, internal consistency, avoidable risk and source quality. Training and behavior references favor recognized organizations and humane, reward-based methods. Food-safety articles link to established animal-welfare or canine reference organizations. We do not invent veterinary review: unless a named credentialed reviewer is shown on a page, the article should not be assumed to have been reviewed by a veterinarian.

Corrections and transparency

If you spot an error, outdated statement or unclear recommendation, please use the Contact page and include the page URL plus a reliable source when possible. We would rather correct a useful article than defend a mistake.
